I was doing some maintenance on my biocube today and i felt some current in the water, my question is how do i install a grounding probe and where do i get one.

I would imagine you can find one at one of the LFS, or if not, marine depot / dr. foster smith have them for about $20 + tax + shipping.
Never seen one, although I need to purchase one also. I wouldn't be able to tell you how to install it, but am sure it is so easy that even a caveman could do it.

Find out which piece of equipment is leaking and replace it. Is your tank on a GFCI receptacle? I have seen them at just about all of the lfs, if not ask them to order one.
