kalk reactor ?

how much kalk do yall put ?

it says half an inch of kalk in the reactor once its fully stirred

how long does this last ???


also some say to do a reverse cycle of stiring ?? i also read on RC to leave it stirring 24/7

I put about an inch and a half to 2 inches in mine and i have mine stirring about 4 times a day for 15 min. I would do less duration time if my timers allowed it, but 15 min is the minimum. Not saying this is the best advice, but that's what's going on with my tank and I haven't seen any problems.
