Identification, please

Anyone know what this is? I got it from Mizeny, and as I recall, neither of us were sure. Beautiful, almost neon green under actinics, nice and thick.

Yeah, it is really a stunner how green it glows...I said neon, but it is a darker glow than neon, but bright!!
