Discussed pairing the board meetings with actual MAAST meetings to allow open access to membership, and to limit the time to just one hour.

3. Discussed scanning meeting sign in sheets to keep digital copies on google docs acct.
4. Catch up on sponsorship stuff
5. Charter membership drives – down to 150 charter members
Discussed a need for charter drives, one in particular was to staff a willing LFS to allow a stand to offer immediate Charter access, thus an immediate MAAST discount at that LFS.
6. Site moderator?
We need a site moderator or should we go without. Topic for the new BOD.
