Today, we took the time to check some search engines and see how we're doing with online indexing. To our surprise we found someone reviewing our business on their blog site!
Check it out and if you have been a customer of ours feel free to comment on their site.

Just saw the customer comments from Rick, Dustin & Daniele. Thank you all for taking the time to do that. We greatly appreciate your business!
Unfortunately, on a sour note...It appears that we have an online heckler. Someone taking advantage of "Internet Anonymity" is following our threads and leaving unkind, baseless and mocking comments. (We've had to invest much of our time monitoring and removing these comments) Some of which take aim at the fact that we are an online business and do not operate out of a "Brick and Mortar" storefront. FYI: We ARE an online business and plan to continue as such. We have minimal overhead which allows us to offer many incentives and love that our customers do not have to absorb those costs when purchasing from us.
Another distressing aspect of it is that whoever is doing this is following links that we post here on Maast. It's disheartening to think that a fellow Maast member/sponsor would use Maast as a resource to fuel their hate inspired digs at our business.
Even though the "heckler" masquerades as an arbitrary visitor, claiming even to be an 'International' consumer, we have easily determined that the IP address being used is in fact in San Antonio. We can actually determine a physical address, but think it's unnecessary to provide that information publicly.
We really simply just want to make a public request and that is:
Whoever is going out of their way to damage our company's character and/or reputation, please stop. What you are doing is mean-spirited, needless harassment.
Furthermore; We are keeping record of every comment and each IP address.
If you continue, you should know that what you are doing constitutes libel, and borders defamation.
We really hope that this just comes to an end.
Thanks to all of you who support our fledgling business!

Disgraceful. On the bright side, it must mean you are viewed as a threat by having already established a good business. Or that person is in desperate need of another hobby since he/she has way too much time on their hands. Congrats on the blog too!

That's the crappy part about dealing with the public. But it will go away as soon as you hire a public relations dude... Ahem... Cough cough
