Well I have some really bad water stains that won't come off. What can I use to clean it off with that would be safe

If you can empty the tank, CLR works great.

ive used lemon juice to clean off water stains. it doesnt stink as bad as vinegar and seems to not have any problems with fish.

Vinager did some of the job but still a lot . It's inside empty tank

Vinager and Ice always works for me:)
