Refrigerate Mysis after defrost?

If I defrost a cube of Mysis, can I refrigerate what I don't feed for later? How long will it keep?

I put it in a cup with a lid. process is:

thaw in tank water, rinse, add fresh tank water, feed enough for one feeding and put rest in fridge with lid on.

I use it up within 24 hours or less

I put all my foods in a very small cup soak with Zoe and Zoecon, put the cup in a zip lock bag insert in ice box and feed with a spoon over the next couple of days.
