Assistance please.

This is not really a photography question, so move it if necessary, but it does concern posting pictures on the sight.

I have an illustration of a planned sump for my tank that I wish to display. I apparently need to shrink it to get it onto the sight, but I have no clue how to do it. When I resize the image in MS Paint, it crops it rather than resizing. I am attempting to upload it from my comp. Should I be doing it from a website instead?

Please advise.

You can open an album in your profile on this site and upload the photos. Next when you go to start your thread there is an option to add those pics. Or you can upload the pics to photobucket and copy and paste the img code to the thread. When you cubmit the thread it will be viewable.

Photobucket automagically resizes pics for you.


If you run XP, google Microsoft Image Resize Tool. You can highlight one, or many pictures, right-click them and resize! I think everyone needs that tool!
