Corals and fish on our website: www.mrcobscorals.com (http://www.mrcobscorals.com) should be purchased through our website.
Payment Types Accepted
We currently accept PayPal Checkout. You may use this feature as a guest and do not have to have an account with us or them to pay using your credit card. You may also select cash at local pickup and we accept VI, MC, AE and Discover in person or via tele.
Refund Policy
Livestock:
We offer store credit for livestock that is DOA (dead on arrival) with the exception to Broodstock Clownfish pairs (no protection, but if you get a broodstock DOA we will file a claim and if the carrier issues a refund you will be refunded). For a store credit refund we must receive a picture of the specimen emailed to info@mrcobscorals.com along with the order number and an explanation the same day you received the shipment. Please note that some corals may take a few days to adjust to your tank's parameters.
*NOTE: DOA store credit refunds will only be considered on shipments that were not left waiting for pickup. You must be sure to be available for your shipment. We do not offer refunds on shipping.
Drygoods:
Refunds, exchanges and store credit are all available for unused drygoods purchased from Mr. Cob's Corals with proof of purchase not exceeding 30 days. Customer is responsible for return shipping in the same way it was shipped -no exceptions.
