Thanks, Jarob! It was all Jack and Harish, they paid me to solicit my name. HAHA!

Kristy...we really wanted to provide our customers with what we would want and we all wanted acclimating kits...lol! We also hate paying for box fees and heat packs and handling fees etc! Ummm, we hate paying for shipping too...but we haven't figured that one out yet!

Totally cool bro, I'm stoked for you guys.

Also, I have a sugestion on the acclimating kit. A suction cup with a clip on it would be sweet. Last time I went to acclimate and was in a hurry (as we often are) the tube kept poping out of the tank. So for the peps with deep tanks who don't want to lift rocks to anchor the tube in the tank, a little suction cup you can clip the tube on would be cool - Cool like Mr. Cobby's Corals!

lol, thanks for the suggestion Shaggy! I guess I hadn't thought of that because I clip it to my algae clip which is zip tied to the tank.

...trying to keep up with the one hole racks has proven to be a little more effort than we anticipated and is taking time away from our custom orders. In the interest of our efficiency it's now one 1 hole rack per order of $50 or more.
