Ace's wave video had me in awe, so I got my hands on a little one to try. It's not rocking as hard, but pretty good for a nano on a 90.

i was wondering how the nano would do a on a 180 ....

is that "full blast" i have no clue how they work

No, it's about halfway I guess. But I had to fiddle with it to find a sweet spot. If I turn it up any more, then the wave action stops altogether.

You don't adjust "flow" on waveboxes, just the pulse rate to produce the oscillating wave

It must reach a breaking point when you crank it up too much. Some things rock around more than others, so its up to you if you think it would be worth it in your tank. My gorgs and leathers are dancing, but my cartilaginous macro is at a stand still.

IMO, totally worth it. The NPS seem to appreciate it too, the wavebox and appropriate foods are a good combination since I don't have a fridge feeder. Maybe that will be next...

The output flow is a constant. You just adjust the pulse rate until you find the right harmonic, that is probably a better way to word it.
