I just put an order through at tbaquatics.com and it would not accept any of my cards. The shopping cart order form had broken rows on the checkout form (should have been my first clue) and kept syaing "error" when I would submit it.

I call him the company and this guy Brian who is obviously the owner blamed my bank and said I need to call them. Um, no, it's your merchant account buddy. Anyways...he was extremely rude and basically said he doesn't have time to waste on the phone with me and that he does not want to do business with me.

Anyways....guess what went through my account? Yep...the stupid charge which he said he would not process because his system could not verify me....well obviously it verified something.

He hung up on me and then sent me 6 emails confirming his side of the story, which were failed verification emails.

Whatever....stay away from this company.

And now he just sent me an email saying I will hear from his lawyers if I post negative feedback about his company.

actually since I might be hearing from his lawyers I should get it correct....his comment said if I "libel" him I'll hear from his lawyers. That's after I said; "I'll be sure to put a good word out for you".

Man...what a waste of time.

Wow....amazing customer service. I guess he don't want his business to make it. Sorry to hear you had to deal with this nonsense.

His lawyers can call you all they want. They can't do anything! I would report to the BBB!

lol....this is great....I get text updates from my phone if my account balance changes and at 6pm I got one for the other account and a few minutes later a refund. But....his merchant account couldn't verify anything. LOL, yeah right!

Anyways....two transactions....to two different accounts, one transaction held my funds pending and I won't see that money for a couple of days and the other transaction processed and went through and then he processed a refund...after he swore everything failed.

Old post but as always there are two sidesto every story and the truth is somewhere in the middle. The issue was an avs address mismatch via authorize.net and the fact he submitted the transaction multiple times. I remember it out of our 6000+ transactions because everything i said he said i was wrong and he yelled at me. At some point i probably yelled back since nothing i said got through. Probably not the right thing to do but it was out of frustration. I operate under the principle that the customer is always right. However, i have also learned that rarely there is customer that cannot be made happy.

All i can say, there's only 2 unhappy posts like this, which is a fraction of a tenth of a percent of all sales.

glad you got an opportunity to state how you feel and post your side of the transaction. I agree, there are always two sides.

In reply to your post; justifying one bad sale, one bad day or one bad customer claiming that all your other transactions are awesome and that my one transaction is a tenth of a percent of your sales does not do you any good in my opinion. All that did is tell me that you could care a less about my money, my order and MY experience with you because you have plenty of other business coming in.

FYI: At the time of this thread I was not yet a sponsor of this site though my opinion would still be the same I just wouldn't have posted it.

This thread should probably be closed. TB Aquatics got to post their reply and I'm a sponsor now and do not want to bicker.

Hope we can move forward TB and leave this in the past. Thanks.
