Try another test kit to make sure you have ammonia.

I tried that dip test my friend gave me one to test and was green i think 1.0

If the test kit is correct...
Something is dying or your feeding too much. Ammonia rarely shows up in established tanks unless something goes wrong, either natural or man made.
Water change?

I would try a new test kit... one with the drops. I have heard the dip kits are not accurate.
alot of good LFS will test your water if you dont have a good test kit on hand

i just put a new fish in there i havent had any fish before that cuz i was to busy working so i only fed a little

Since you probably just quadrupled your bio load a little ammonia is normal, if it does not go down or gets extremely high I would worry other wise maybe add something like microbacter 7. Also can you list size of tank, how much live rock, type of filter system and what type of fish you added?
