I would do a 5 to 10 gallon change a week. Most people do close to 40% water change over a monthes time

You should be doing a 7-10 gallon water change a week. Out of curiosity, do you have any kind of corals(sps, lps, or softies)?
Are there any kind of invertebrates that might attach him? I know that my flame angel and clown fight sometimes, so I'm selling my clown.
You may want to check your flame angel for flesh wounds of any sort.

i cant see any flesh wounds, my clown is really small.

i have some polyps and a ricordea yuma rock with 3 half inch shrooms on it.

A 10 gallon water change for a 75 gallon would be fine for a freshwater setup, I'm not saying that I would, but saltwater needs a lot more water changes/maintenance, than freshwater, especially if you want corals. I hope the angel pulls through!

No problem! This is a great website with a lot of nice and knowledgeable reefers that have been in this hobby longer than I've been alive!

Yea I'm new to SW also:) and I do a 3 gallon water change every week on a 30 gallon system so I think 10 gallons would be just fine
