Reverse Durso

I was talking about reverse dursos for the sump with a guy on RC but now I can't find it.
Does anybody have instructions on these? (Stephen... ?)

I am getting ready to redo the plumbing under my 215 and figured I could add these while I'm at it...

I ran something very similiar to this when I was messing with the 45g I have. It did it's job just fine. The trick is venting the air out of the line before it gets pushed out in the water. If I didn't run filter socks, I would do this on my tank.
