its all we have at my house and alot of people have told me to use super glue to glue down my corals. or if there is any better way of doing this please share :) its on a frag plug and i was just planning on cutting of the bottom part off and glueing it down on a rock

KrazyGlue is safe, I've used it a bunch. When I was in a pinch and there was a dollar store next store, it got the job done. But it just doesn't work great. LocTite gel works much better if you can get to Home Depot or Lowes. And even better is some of the reef glues you can order online. I like the Bulk Reef Supply one.

I think the main criteria is that it's cyanoacrylate.
My favorite is IC Gel but I too have used the 2 tubes for $1 stuff from the Dollar Store...

Use the "gel" super glue. I like the dollar store "gel" super glue. W use it all the time and does the job.

Super glues come in different thicknesses. Other than that there's not much else you need to worry about for what we use it for. Brand doesn't matter, they're all
made the same. Thin is very thin, like alcohol. It will work for mounting corals, but you can't put it one one piece then try to mount it underwater. Thick, or gel is best because it will stay put under water and has a longer working time. You put a glob on a coral or rock then place it under water and it will still cure.

a lot of them say aquarium safe. however, some are not actually aquarium safe until after they cure

I do think there are small differences between glues.
When you look at the MSDS of the glues you will notice that the more you get into the gel kind the lower the percentage of cyanoacrylate gets meaning to make it gel I assume they have to add other stuff. No idea what that other stuff might be or how harmful it is but I wouldn't want to be the first one to test it so I try and stay with tried and proven ones.
