Note: Table comes with EIGHT CHAIRS. TABLE has a BUILT-IN LEAF that EXTENDS and OPENS the table INTO a large SQUARE that seats EIGHT (table is closed in the pics, our dining room is not large enough to use it at full length)

It is very heavy, solid wood!

Table has nicks and blemishes a couple small water spots from normal wear, nothing major. All Eight chairs are in excellent condition.

Chairs are two different fabrics..4 chairs in one and 4 chairs in the other.
Chairs have been stored in our garage. Fabric can be wiped down with washcloth, a little soap & warm water.

Table has a built-in leaf, so it goes from seating 4 to 8 in an instant!
