Hit their website and cannot find any like what is on this light.

Call the LFS guys they can get them from their distributors.

I have 3 that I think came from a 48" coralife light fixture...I would think they are all the same. You can have them all for free if you want them.

Post a pic of what they should look like and I will tell you if they are the same.
