JBJ ATO stopped working

did a water change this morning and i turned off my surge and when i went to turn it back on only my ato will not work. tried a diff outlet and opened it up and saw an on/off switch but that did nothing as well. i have only been running this for a month or so. looks as if getting no power no lights are on :bareteeth: need help has any1 else had this prob

i think fuse my of blown, ill call JBJ tomorrow and c whut they say

first thing make sure everything is plugged in. If it still does not work you probably have a bad one. I have had 2 in the past that went bad on me but if they are less than 1 yr old they will send you another free if you send that one back

did you buy it online? They can probably recreate your receipt

Are the sensor lights working while it's plugged in or is the unit completely dead? Plug it in and hit the switches and see what happens. The leads on mine sometime pop out, and I just plug them back in to get them working again.
