Nano Cube Issue....Lights shut off...

Snagged this Nanocube yesterday and I am having an issue with the lights.

They will turn on for a few minutes then just shut off???

Bulbs are good as far as I can tell since they do power on. Any ideas as im getting kind of agitated

The ballast could be going bad....overheating and shutting off. After a little while does it do it again?

From what I can surmise one of my bulbs is causing this. I hooked them up into 2 separate ballasts that I have and the one actinic just dies after a few minutes or if you even tap the thing. Since the JBJ has the 2x24 run together when one goes down both go down...odd
