I am wanting to buy a set of dumbell weights 10-50lbs. I know there are people who always buy work out equipment and after while just stop using them. So if this is you i would loce to buy your dumbells at a reasonable cost.

If you have something shoot me a pm with cost.

Thanks
Ray

Ray I was skinny as heck for a long time until I discovered the secret to gaining lean muscle mass. High protein intake (no more than 30 grams at a single time) four to five times a day and five to six high intensity work outs a week. Leg work outs until you want to puke... Oh, and turning thirty helped a lot!

Yea, Ive done the high protein diet and worked out like crazy which is how I got up to 178 from 155 in about a year and a 1/2. But i stopped working out about 4 months ago and stopped the protein. Ive slowly been loosing weight without doing anything, lol.

When my wife and I married I only weighed 145-150! Ive always been super thin but ive always eaten a lot. I wore a size 28 jeans then and now where a 31-32. Really just want to bulk up to 180-190. My wife and I are active runners (going to do the rock-n-roll marathon this year) and I can not run at the moment because id loose even more weight. Sorta like Michael Phelps has to consume a gazillion calories a day not to loose weight while he trains.

Again any dumbells anyone? Or does anyone have a Olympic set with a bench.

Prefer everything to be in good condition, not weights that have been in weather and are rusting...

Ray,
I have a Weider Crossbow system that is not getting any use. Has been in the garage for several years now. Good condition, here is the description:

It is a Bowflex knockoff, here is info i pulled of the net:

- CRS Resistance - This stands for Compound Resistance System. According to Weider this allows for full range of motion.
- Quick Change Resistance - The weight is easily adjusted. Wasted time is virtually eliminated.
- Crossbows - This is the resistance mechanism. They have a lifetime warranty if that makes you feel good.
- Padded Bench - A quality padded bench for comfort.
- Rowing Seat - For aerobic exercise, similar to Bowflex.

How much you ask? That is the beauty of it, i'll take a frag of something or another. If you are interested, drop me a line.

Appreciate the offer Ismael but im more interested in free weights. A few years back I had a bowflex and really didnt care for the rod system, the weider looks to be similar from what I just looked up.

Thanks
