anybody got T5 retro kit instructions.
I got my kit today and am anxious to see the shadowbox with light.
But the kit just came with a lot of parts and no instructions whatsoever.
Annoying.
Can't find it on the manufacturer's site either (TEK II)
I figure somehwere somebody must have made some decent instructions for this, right?

The ballast doesn't have the wiring diagram on it?

Wow, that bites. The ballast is on the invoice and it didnt come with everything else.

I just wired my VHO a couple of days ago, after asking a couple of questions- my maast peeps helped me out. Pretty easy and straight forward.

When you get the ballast it should come with a diagram that is color coded.

Okay cool. I called Reefgeek and they said they taped the ballast to the outside of the 6ft tube the stuff came in so I found the ballast safely in between the styro stuff.
Greg also emailed me the instructions and wiring diagram so I am all good to go.
Reefgeek is usually a pretty awesome vendor so I was susprised they'd miss that.

Pictures later of my now illuminated (shortly- hopefully) shadowbox :D
