Our banner ads are not showing up on the home page. Please fix. :)

No the actual home page. If you click the link right next to forum, that's the one I mean. Like if someone just comes to our site the very first time. www.maast.org

As of now banners are not targeted for the CMS system, if you would like them there you can ask the BOD.
It wouldn't be a quick install if they do want them there as I would have to hack some templates
