I have a 75 gallon tank that I will be linking into my system. Will feed it with a 500gph return pump.

how would an internal work?

you would have to drill the tank.

Ooh, which reminds me I still have your drill bit to make the hole. I lost the 55 due to drilling, and am not willing to risk this tank. Not to mention there is a sticker on the bottom that says, "Tempered Glass, do not drill".

Allan I have a lousy old one I've never used in the garage you are welcome to. It's a box type with a drain in the bottom, and it needs a new U tube.

Bill,

How much do you want for it? I got to admit that the term "lousy" in your description makes me think you don't want too much. :)

LMK, I have to go to Jack's house this evening to pick up a pump.

"You are welcome to" = $0.00. Let me check it's real condition for you - I haven't looked at it in 2 years.

What a coincidence. Same price as the pump!

Chris,

A complete Metal Halide? How much? I know where Cibolo is, shouldn't be too much of a ride to get out to your place.

Overflow is ugly - needs some cleanup - and it needs a J or U tube, but otherwise it looks like it should be fully functional. I got it from Jeff when he took his tank down a couple of years ago. Haven't touched it since.

Okay, sounds good. I can call you tonight on my over if that's okay with you? I imagine those U tubes are fairly easy to find. I don't mind cleaning it up, that's why I got me one of them teenagers at the house.
