Steve,

You're correct, they've not been posted yet. You can blame me for it as I've been out of town for the month following the last meeting.

That being said, after the meeting I drafted the notes. After that I posted them in the BOD section to make sure I didn't miss anything and captured everything accurately.

At this moment the notes are there in the bod section being reviewed by the board. They've been there about a week so I anticipate a release any day now.

Unfortunately we've been otherwise occupied by the other issues concerning MAAST to include the next meeting down in port A and the conference that will be held here.

On the bright side the notes from this last meeting are far less than those of the first.

Thanks for the reminder Steve. :)

On a side note this thread probably belongs in the ask maast a question. If the op doesn't mind can we get moved over there?

Good thing you posted here though else I probably would not have seen it since I can't effectively use the front page any longer.

Yup. I is gonna be looking like the bad guy here AGAIN for asking a question.

Are the minutes not the minutes? Is there a reason for a review or "revision" of them?

I guess I just must a be must understooding the questin and answer?

Know?

I think they are reviewed just to check that Allan got everything written down correctly. He is a good secretary but everyone makes mistakes(sorry had to the secretary part). This just helps to cut down on the mistakes. This is just an assumption though I will let a real BOD answer it better.

I am on the Associated Builders and Contractors Education/Apprentice Committee and we approve the minutes from the meeting the month before at following meeting before they become official. So if we miss or do not have a meeting it could be 3 months before the minutes are approved and become official.

that is exactly what we do alton, only we can do it online, so it doesnt have to wait until the next meeting.

Sorry I missed this H20,

Yeah, they are the minutes and as outlined below before they're released they are scrutinized to ensure validity and accuracy. I will be the first one to state, publically, that I make a very poor administrative assistant. My skills are not what they should be and a life time of directing others to do this kind of work shows me that I, personnally, have not developed the skills to be very efficient.

Besides, it's all about team work.

Thanks for your concern and offering me the opportunity to provide information to the membership that provides insight to how you get the very best information the first time.
