I wish the little paper clip wasn't in front of the page numbers. It saves me a step if I can click straight on the page numbers if it's a long thread but the paper clip is in the way.
ETA: I am using firefox and the clip's in the way when I view 'new posts'

Works fine on my home box... Mozilla. At work the drop down menus were under the sponsor banners up top....IE 7 at work. Just tested it on IE 8 and it works fine.
Don't you just love cross browser testing?!!!

Yea welcome to the wonderful world of Microsoft browsers, where each version doesn't work they it used to, nor does it behave they way it should ;-)

I start on the home page and sign in. When I tab over to the Forums, it prompts me to sign in again. When I do, the 'Thank you for logging in' page appears, then takes me back to the Forum page, and asks me to sign in again.
This continued until I came down to the QCS forum and posted my question. When the page refreshed to display my post, it showed that I was logged in. But when I tab the Forums, it shows that I am no longer signed in.

When I open MAAST is hows me as not logged on. If I log on it says welcome txav8r then goes to the home screen where it shows me as not logged on. If I hit new posts it shows me as logged on.

Tappatalk is useless. I have to delete my sign in on it, search for MAAST again, and log in. If I switch to a different app and then back again, I have to delete the sign in again, search for MAAST and log in again. Also on IE7 the home page has not updated since the switch. It shows the same posts over and over.
Kevin, mine also shows the login screen when I first get on, but once I click forums, it shows me as logged in.?
If my broswer isn't maximized, my name covers the notifications box.
Brian if you need an IE7 box, I can create a user on one of my boxes and you can rdp in and use if for testing.

thanks for the offer but already have a virtual running XP with IE7 on it
I won't have a lot of time to work on these issues any time soon but I will get to them I'm working 50 to 60 hour weeks as well as I'm working tonight and tomorrow.

Just curious, and probably not that big of a deal, but on the last home screen, it would show all members that were currently on and any friends on...Is there a way to bring back that feature. It was nice to that it was all in one spot.

Oh...it is VERY interesting to see what is going on in the Director's Forum. =)
When you go to the Home page it shows up as one of the new posts...

I have seen a couple of members have this same problem.
In the post referenced below it has the word "killin" twice but when I go to edit it, I can only see it once. Weird. LOW priority if any priority at all, just thought I would document it since I have seen other people with the same problem.

Not a glitch, more a 'gripe' -- can the front page be changed to where the subject of the recent posts is at the top, not the bottom, of the most recent posts area? The 'last comment' on the front page is really distracting, and adds a lot of noise to trying to browse -- I personally found just the thread subject to be better.. Can this be adjusted in personal settings?

Here's an example of what I'm talking about:
http://binarybuccaneers.org/maast/maast-latest.jpg
I find, for starters, the subject being at the bottom to be very distracting/confusing to the eye when attempting to browse, and the portion of the most recent comment thats shown seems even further muddying the waters, and unnecessary to me... but just my opine :)

I don't wanna "gripe" either. But can we have chicken instead of beef?

on the log in thing, i noticed this problem with some computers on IE7, but not all. i think the difference was the cookie settings on the individual computers.

The search cloud is severely outdated...
I should rename it as those are the tags people put at the bottom of threads, not what is being searched

I was just wondering because a lot of the stuff is from 2009. Can we incorporate new stuff to it and make it with current information? Ya know I hate to add any more work on you...

Anyone can add tags to any thread its at the bottom of each thread, just add relevant tags when you do it

yeah...still doing it....unless it's an issue with the site storing visit info...I never logged off before and would simply return to the site and click "new posts." No problem. Since the upgrade, it just continues to say no new posts, even though there are if I stay logged in.

Not a glitch, but it would be nice to have the "Groups" button as a main button up top like "chat". I have to click "forums" then the "community" drop-down menu and then "groups" to get to it.
With so many people starting new groups, I think having it as a main button will encourage more activity. It certainly seems worthy of a main button location.

Thanks Brian for doing that ^
So easy to find the groups now! You rock and are; super on top of things.
