Ace....this one is from your original pink chalice....I got it from Stoneroller in a trade: (it recently melted away though, I should have put it lower in my tank)

Chris, I got the pink chalice from Stoneroller too, but mine melted away in like 3 days....BUT, yesterday I noticed a very itty bitty piece coming back...seriously there was nothing left after 3 days.

Anyways...give me some details if you can on flow/light etc of yours. I put mine low in my tank under new 250w 14MH bulbs...I'm thinking I should have shadowed it?

That's pretty much where it's at. Maybe it was just one of those things. I'm tripping out that it's coming back though. Trust me I stared at that thing countless times looking for any remnant of life...but it was gone...so I thought.

Picked it up from the 'Dome in Austin, one of Hunter's specials. There was no hesitation on my part...

Too early to tell how fast it will grow, it seems to be settling in well though. He's got another one I am going back in for ASAP.

Rob, I have the pink chalice about half way up under one DE 10K 250w and high flow and it seems to do fine. Good luck with your remnant, let me know if it doesn't pull through.

Chris, I like that vertical position you have the pink in. I bet you in time it will "plate out" away from the rock. Easier to harvest and share that way!!

WOW! Those are some awesome pcs. What is the size of the Iron Man? It looks like this size of someones hand. Simply beautiful. I like getting some pcs that looks like it may have potential and under the right conditions it blossums into a gem. I wish you lived in TX.

That's about right. I'd guestimate around 7-8" on the long side. It's big for sure. Growing out frags is fun and all, but this is instant gratification!
