I would venture to guess that every 3 weeks we get an ORA order in. Also I think some of our other distributers carry them but then u get to quality, tank raised, size, etc

I'd be interested in a couple but nothing too big. Nothing that will bulldoze my rock...even though most everything in my tank is mounted.

This would be a good opportunity to check you guys out. Just let me know.

I am interested to hear just what kind of macro algae these will eat

ORA sells them around the 1 inch mark so I think that would be a good size... they do eventually get 12 inches like the shells washed up on the beaches

At 12 inches they won't bulldoze your rock -they will simply replace your rock. Just mount the corals on the shell! ;) Performance art -an ever changing display - the ocean truly in motion!

I believe either next week or the following from ORA will post when I know for sure. Are ppl interested in queen conches from our other distributers? they would be wild caught. If so let me know and we will try to order some this week

I am only seeing crown conch available at the moment, but this changes pretty much daily. I will call our distributors tomorrow to get updates and pricing for you all. If you want ORA, that order is a few weeks away 2-3 weeks, but I shall check with them as well. I will post and PM later tomorrow (actually today) after I get into work! I will be placing the order tomorrow for Wednesday arrival. Have a great one!

The caulerpa eating sounds tempting but 12" is a bit much even for my bigger tank. I have some 3" fighting conchs and that already seems really big.
I just wouldn't know who would accept a large conch once it's grown?

After they get that big, you could just eat them. :) We had conch in Key West, not sure what type. I got to try some trigger fish a few days ago in Hawaii. I am just not going to tell my picasso. He might be mad... :)

Note to self: do not give this one a name...

Called ORA a few minutes ago...their supplier of queen conch from the Turks and Caicos closed down, so they have no supplier. I'll keep looking through other outlets.
