I am debating an upgrade with our move here in the coming months and really found a dimension I like on their site. I was wondering if anyone else had ordered from them and if so good customer service?, how did the tank arrive, or any other experiences? Im still deciding what will be my best option tankwise but am just giving myself options.

Am really happy with my shallow cube.It was the least expensive qoute i've got from 4 diffrent sources. The only problem i had was delivery date and pick up location. It was supposed to be here on Dec. 9th,but they called and said that i have to pick it up from Houston on Nov. 11th or else i have to waited til the next available location which will be in El paso. They did gave me a refund of $60 for driving to Houston .The delivery dates and pick up locations on their website can change ,so make sure to check often and call them too to make sure.

wow having to drive all the way to Houston (or El Paso!) sounds really inconvenient!

Giau has lots of pics of his cube in the large tank section under my shallow cube.

I bought the glass for my 360 from glass cages and was happy with the price and delivery. They are a little weak on fine details, but build a solid product for the money. Also do customization without arm and a leg pricing.

I was fixing to order a tank from them, it was the cheapest around and I really liked the choices I had going into the ordering process.

But I didn't buy it as a member here got rid of the same tank I was looking for.

So from the vantage of an owned glass cages tank, not an ordered one, I like it. It has a starfire front and very solid construction. Thick glass, reinforced at the top and bottom joints with more same thickness glass.

Very heavy.

Sounds good guys, I really like the positive feedback that yall seem to have gotten. Thanks again.

And Allan I hope to be as lucky and find one like you did.
