Good score Allan.

Start SLOW, use a controller. Run it at no more than 0.18mg/hr per gallon with a dryer, OR, 0.36mg/hr per gallon without a dryer. Only run for about 4 hours a day at night when no on is in there. Start lower and less time.

I can help you on parameters with your AC etc.
