At the suggestion from Marvin, we have started a new thread for a group order from Midwestfrags.com. I believe everyone was happy from the last order and look forward to this one being successful as well. See Marvin's post below:


We are just finishing several other group orders and will take a breather today. Tomorrow and over the weekend we will frag and take pics of some new items we have been letting colorup and grow out. By next Wednesday we will have restocked our WYSIWYG section with really nice new stuff!

For the sale we will offer a 10% discount off of listed pricing. I want to extend this 10% off sale as well to our newest venture www.FragSupply.com (http://www.fragsupply.com/)

When you go to our site www.MidWestFrags (http://www.midwestfrags/) there is a Frag Supply section. Select that section and it will redirect you to our new site, or you can go to it directly. I know the mix of items are a bit "off beat" ... items you don't normally see on a reef supply site. But they are items we all use, or will use, as our systems grow and mature.

For this sale I will reduce the shipping paid minimum on orders to FragSupply to $100. If you meet the $100 minimum the order will ship directly to you via FedEx Ground.

We'll have to decide what to do with orders for less than $100 -- shipping to a single location or direct to you (??)

When placing the order at FS, place it as normal, write in the order comments this is for MAAST and I will rebate back the shipping and 10% discount. Sorry -- this is very new and I haven't figured out promo codes yet.

Post what you would like here in this thread! :) We can all be on the same page.. I can frag sit if you want me too. :) I dont mind holding them. :) :bigsmile:

Here is the way we normally do group orders, or any orders really.

Email us your list at customerservice@midwestfrags.com , I will confirm that we have that coral and work up a total price including discount. We accept payments through PayPal. I can send you a PayPal invoice if you need me to. You will pay us directly. This keeps the group order leader from having to keep track of how much, who paid etc.

Almost all communication is done through email. If you need to call, that's ok -- I have a day job and it's a little difficult at times.

I will accumulate the orders on an Excel spreadsheet and update Eve every few days. In the shipment there will be an invoice for each order and each container will be marked with the individuals name and coral type, so that there is no confusion about what a coral is and who the owner is.

Trust me, we have butchered some large orders in the past and believe you can't be "too" organized.

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. Also be aware that if you want to order a custom polyp count (don't see what you want in WYSIWYG) please do so early in the group order. We will want to give them enough time to heal before shipping. We will be adding new items to the WYSIWYG section -- possibly -- later today.
