Help with fuge

I am trying to decide if i need to add chamber to my fuge.I would like to run DSB will run a MAG 24 as Return and a Mag 18 to power the PM-1 skimmer .I have a eco systems 3616 fuge(made to run with Miracle Mud )I will be running LRR in place of the bio-balls .Should my skimmer pump be in a chamber right after LRR?
