My wet side seized and stopping working last week, so i email Eco tech saturday about my problem with the wetside. Today i got an email from them saying that the new wetside is on it way. I was a little bit worried about their customer service at first b/c of some negative feedback from here,but this is the first i ran into trouble and they help out right away.

Glad to hear Steve and company were able to get you squared away well -- they must have worked through their computer upgrade hardships. I've had nothing but luck from them as well -- after my bizarre outright failure of a pair of MP10's, they quickly replaced the dry side and control module and all has been well since :)
