If you want to sell it and you know it's the best thing to do then sell it. If she's upset because she know's how much it means to you then keep it.

Most importantly, do what your wife says...it's so much easier.

This hobby is playing mind tricks with me...deep down inside im telling myself to just suck it up and try your best at this aquarium like you have for the past year... but the other part is like...i miss my 20 gal....

Sounds like it is time for a second tank (20g)... feed the madness... 2 tanks are better than 1... Have your cake and eat it too... expand don't downsize... bigger is better... downsizing is negative... :)

+1 -- we haven't even finished setting up our 57 gal in the bedroom, and we're already heavily considering falcondob's cube.... would be #3 salt-wise in the house, #4 salt overall, and #6 all tanks combined :D
