If you need a rough generalized estimate of difficulty, www.asira.org is a good reference... otherwise, just good ol' searching will yield info :)
They tend to be pretty hearty in my experience..

I have had good success with my pink one from gcreef. It hasnt grown too much but has been moved quite a bit and always looked healthy. Doesnt seem too sensitive to light either as I moved mine around and now is at the top of the tank getting the most light of any of my corals.

Ryan the pocilipora is what I have in my tank. The one I have is pink and the day you came over got spooked and all the polyps closed up. It should do well in your tank if you keep it stable.
