I have a plan for my tank! And it just feels right.
When I started out I just got one of everything and eventually it just felt like a big hodge podge of stuff.
Then I realized how much better I liked things when I focused on fewer things and did more bundling/clustering.
I am loving the clustering. Right now I have about 7 colonies of sun corals and wouldn't mind having more. It really seems to pull the tank together.
Some of my gorgonians have duplicates and I will add some others in greater numbers soon.
It sort of reminds me of a field of flowers where certain kinds appear over and over rather than one of each.
I am letting go of the SPS. (Okay I am keeping one that Justahobby called an SPS but I'll just refer to it as LPS ;) )
Sending the SPS to new homes really feels quite liberating. Good bye boring sticks!
It's never going to be a real biotope or anything but I am quite excited about this more focused approach.
