6 bulb 36" TEK fixture (approximately 1 yr old) with tank brackets and assortment of bulbs used varying ages.

4 ATI Blue Plus (3 used 11 months, 1 used 1 month)
1 ATI Aquablue Special (used 11 months)
1 Giesemann Pure Actinic (used 6 months)
1 UVL Actinic White 50/50 (used 1 month)
1 UVL 75/25 (used 11 months)
1 GE 6500K (used 6-7 months)
1 UVL Aquasun 10K (brand new)

I also have the acrylic splash shield which I never used and still has the blue plastic on it.
