Anyone knowwhat this is and if it is easy or not? I think its awesome and would love it for my tank.
Also is it ok for my 3 month old tank?

I got one! Grows like a weed and so nice to watch it encrust onto the rock.
Hobogato has one in the Frag Exchange. ;)

it's a soft coral that makes a calcified shell - kind of an odd bird. Looks like an SPS but it's not. :)

Is it easy to grow and is my tank old enough?

You need to watch your levels and make sure it all checks out. If everything is fine (calcium, etc.) I don't see why it wouldn't work out.
Aquarium Designs had a nice big one for a very reasonable price. Might check with them.

Do they ship? I tried to find their website but only got a bunch of pics. I live 3 hours south of SA. :/

Heliopora is a good beginner to intermediate level coral. If you're tank has stable ph and decent (not a lot) of lighting, you stand a pretty good chance with it. I had mine in the bottom corner of a halide lit tank.
