well right now im trying to get ed at phenomenal aquatics a list of stuff so he can get me prices and maybe ship to me. i just want to see what you all think about my stocking list.
ten gallon
20lbs live sand
15ish lbs live rock
5 Dwarf Cerith
4 Juvenile Florida Cerith
5 Nassarius
4 Nerite Snails
ball of chaeto
red mangrove
blk mangrove

these are the fish i wanna get off of ed
1 false perc
1 yellow clown goby
2 sexy shrimps
not sure on corals but i do wanna order some smaller pieces of lps, shrooms, and some zoas

i know its not a good idea to add them all at the same time but i have no time what so ever to make the three hour drive and shipping things separate will get even more expensive quick. with my past tanks ive added 2 or three fish at the same time since i didnt wanna be driving back and once even added three fish a crocea clam, hammer and a brain coral at the same time just kept an eye on the water params and everything went smooth and had them for over a year till my tank crashed when the lights went out. keep in mind that was a bigger tank but i dont see my stocking list being all that impossible for my ten gallon. plz let me know what you all think, its this or wait till the summer maybe longer till i may be able to go to san antonio

I would get the tank, sand, rock up and running and then do a separate order for the livestock. Start with the snails and crabs; then fish and shrimp later.

Skip the false perc in a tank that small.

What kind of light, filtration, and flow eq are you planning on using?

i agree with kevin, skip the clown, maybe substitute something more suited to a nano tank like a small gobi.

how long have you had the tank setup?

tanks been set up for three months now with no fish or anything. i barely added the cuc about a day ago. lightings a 65 watt pc light, no filtration just weekly water changes. why skip the clown? ive seen plenty of single clowns in ten gallons just thought itd be okay i had a pair in my 20l for about a year but that was like three years ago. and i want the yellow clown goby and id like a clown since they are more active, should i substitute the clown for a fire fish and hope it doesnt go carpet surfing?
