Does anyone know if black egg crate is sold in San Antonio? Allied plastics does not carry it either. I have only been able to find it on the web and shipping is high due it's size.

I would just paint it with Krylon Fusion if you can't find any that was cast in black.

I found some. Regal Plastics can have some transfered from another store and have it hear next tuesday with no frieght charge. Black 3/8"x2'x4' for $12.5 a sheet. They have 8 available let me know I'm going to have them ship some in if you want in on it.

Wheres everyone finding Krylon Fusion these days? Everytime I check Lowes or Home Depot, all I find are knock-offs like ValSpar plastic paint..

hey just an update I found some while picking up a workhorse ballast at American lighting 10651 Sentinel Dr San Antonio, TX 78217 (210) 657-5025 there right off wetmore rd near the airport no minumum order is what I was told

When I got the egg crate I got it at regals for 12.50 a sheet w/ tax.

I am going to do a foam project soon and will have some pieces of black left over out of three sheets if anyone is interested.
