I have been purchasing mine from one particular shop. However,I have made the switch to another store because of personal choices.

Are you buying salted or just rodi? We bought our filtered water at those water windmills before we bought our rodi system. We have bought saltedfrom AD before, but mostly just mixed our own. Too expensive otherwise...

Seems like it would be really inconvenient to buy water at the LFS?
I have an RODI in my laundry room and a big trash can to make saltwater with right beside my tank.

+1 -- mixing your own salt is very easy, and you'll find the extra level of control very rewarding. Buying RODI and salt mix is far cheaper in the long run than buying salted water will be..

If I have to buy water, I go to AD or Gabes. It depends on where I am at in town at the time. Gabes is a little cheaper, and that is where I have been going lately. I try to, when possible, to get RO/DI from a friend I have met here on MAAST and then make my own water. I haven't had to buy SW in a while, only RO/DI. You might try to find someone in your area that has an RO/DI system and see if you can get it from them. Kick them back a couple of $$ for time and filters, if they will accept it....most generally won't, buy a bag/box of salt, and then mix it yourself. Good luck.

Buckeye Field Supply. I have a coralife ro system now but would do buckeye if I had to do it over again.

Used to buy from AD. But ended up needing too much and it became a hassle carting bottles and bottles of the stuff home. I bought a 6 stage RO/DI unit from buckeye field supply and added a pump to increase my pressure from 45 up to 70. I have three 44 gallons brute garbage cans , one for mixed salt water, one for top off and one for waste water. There all on the wheely cart things so i can move them around. Oh and everything is mounted in my garage hooked up to a garden hose.

I just buy RO/DI and mix at home. I only have a BC14. Buying the RO/DI unit is not in the plans until I have a much larger tank.
