Best time to supplement?

I'm still trying to get coralline to grow on my LR. Is there a best time to supplement/feed tank. For example before MH comes on or when my LED moon lights are lit?

It depends what you are supplementing with. If you are using Kalk or some other solution which increases your PH, than it's recommended to dose after the lights are off. If you are dosing a solution that will cause PH to drop then dose during the day.

^^^ Good advice. I might also add that coralline can take a while to take off, it will usually begin to colonise on the glass befor you notice it on the rocks. You may want to ask a someone to give you some glass scrapings from an established tank to help promote its growth.

I have a thermometer that's encrusted with a few different colors (pink, burgundy and green) of coraline algae. You can have it if you trade it out for one without coralline (just a cheapo plastic one). :)

I have several Mag Floats (large and small) that are encrusted. I'd be wiling to trade those out as well.

I have a cheapo 4in glass thermometer from walmart, will that suffice for a trade?

Oops, forgot to mention the large float (2.5 x 3.5) and small (1.5x3.5) that i can trade. I use the small ones for attaching seaweed to it. I'm sure i can still do that even with the coralline growing on it?

Since i'm still a novice please advise on the following:
Seachem Reef Complete and Tropic Marin Bio-Calcium. Both products indicate they dont affect PH. Dose with lights on or lights off?
