I have the following two items for sale to sell together. Both were only used for 2 months, are unmodified, and in perfect working order.
Price is firm as I was going to keep them for my self but have ended up with two sumps so I don't need this extra sump and the skimmer fits it perfectly.
$300 total.
Skimmer is the lower one on spec sheet the 175g model. These are great skimmers with only 38 watts used!

List on skimmer is $409.99 and list on sump is $458.99.
The sump has two inlets with recessed brackets built in for filter socks. There's also a cut out so the skimmer nestles in next to the inlet area.

Sump is the R30
Thank you,
Todd

what a great deal! I wish there was a way to get a new sump into an existing set up (why do they make the doors on stands so narrow?! :(

Karin, there is a very special tool called an "Ace, or, Hobogato" that CAN do what you are asking. More than likely with tank full I think.

I'll have to pass on it but it will be a fabulous deal for somebody. My family just bought me my tank (which I told them was a fantastic deal precisely because it included the sump that I now find too small) last spring.
They might not notice a different kind of sump in the stand but they would notice a hobogato glueing it. :)

Hey Rob, I haven't heard back from the poster above yet.
So, it's still for sale. I need the skimmer for a week or so still is all.
Thanks,
Todd

Ok. Another question.
Here's the dimensions:
30” x 14” x 16”
Which is the height and width? I have about a 14" clearance for width in my stand doorways.

Just a thought: I was really interested in somebody's pump and I just paid 50% down via PayPal so they would hold it and then I picked it up the following week.
Might not be something Todd or anybody else is interested in but it's an option to consider if somebody definitely wants the item.
