View Full Version : Little RO tanks for under sink.

Do they quit working after a while? Mine has water in it, but isn't pushing that extra water up to the sink. We just get the little bit of pressure that builds up in the lines and filters etc.
Is there anything to do or just by a new tank?
Thanks,
Todd

Funny that you mention that. We haven't had any problems until today when my husband and I both noticed that we didn't get as much/as fast as usual.
I am keeping my eye on this thread in case anybody has any solutions.

Thanks JIM!
"4. Lift the tank. Is it heavy like it has water in it? About the weight of a bowling ball? (If the answer is yes, replace the tank)"
Shaz--butt!
Guess I'm buying a new tank too!

Anyone know where I can buy just the tank in San Antonio.
Every place I've called only sells them with a full RO system.
I know I can order on line, but wanted to get one locally.
Thanks,
Todd

That's a good link. Check the bladder pressure first before you get a new tank. But those bladders do fail over time.
