View Full Version : Watchman gobie picture---love them!!

I was able to get a pretty good picture of my Watchman gobie this morning and thought I would share! I've had him 18 months now and he has doubled in size since I first got him. I was a little disappointed when I first got him because he was so timid that I would rarely see him. Now he's so busy rearranging my sand and making new caves that he barely notices me looking at him. I love that little guy now!

Here's a shot of the whole tank. The gobie was the first fish that I added so the tank is not much more than 18 months old too! I have a six line in there and 2 clowns as well. The clowns have hosted in that cave in the very back and spend all their time back there doing "adult fish things"! :hypnotyized:

Does he have a pistol shrimp with him or is he alone?

It's my understanding that the Watchman Gobies aren't the type of Gobies that pair with pistol shrimp. That's a peppermint in the picture!

That little guy is really cute! I sometimes wish I hadn't gone for the sugar fine DSB so that I could have one of those

My sandbed is really fine and my little guy is doing awesome!
