Due to some unfortunate circumstances, I won't be able to run my sump/overflow until tomorrow evening. It's a 58g tank and I have 3 K1's running and 2 300gph powerheads. I'm getting pretty good surface agitation, will I be ok overnight or should I expect everything to be toast by then?

You got the circulation in the tank so the fish will be ok. Unless something dies in the meantime, or you feed a pound of food, you're corals and fish should be ok for a few days.

Ok, I thought I'd be ok, I just wanted a little reinforcement on it. I'm glad you haven't sold me those tubbs (yet ).

What's in your sump? Just filter/equipment? If you have a refugium, you may want to make sure it has a little water flow also.

good point ... i would run a maxi jet pump ( or some small pump ) from the return side of the sump to the other to keep the flow going

Just a skimmer and some LR. I was upgrading to a larger sump/fuge and I'm going to have to modify my stand a little to get it to fit and won't have the tools to do it until tomorrow (why isn't there a 24hr Lowes?). When I removed my return to add a little more lineloc, the bulkhead is now leaking like crazy, hence no sump.

I do have a small powerhead in the sump, so it should be ok, I was just concerned about the main tank.

I ran to walmart tonight and picked up a small saw, but the only ones they had were all cordless and need to charge. Thanks though. I shouldn't have any problems tomorrow, unless I don't get all this cleaned up, then my wife will kill me. We're having a baby shower here on sat.

Got it fixed, while normally the cheapest route is the most appealing, I needed a saw anyway. Everything is still alive.
