I might be interested in doing it. I will get back to y'all when I get prices.

Let me know what sizes y'all are interested in too.

I would like a 3-4 inchers to be able to hold it's own with my other tangs. My purple is 3 inches and is the most aggressive at this point.

These are very difficult fish. They are on Bob Fenner's "do not keep" list. Even when you get one that does well, they become bullies of the tank - they can be worse than powders and sohols, allegedly.

I agree will bill on this one after much love for this fish, if you still decide to get one they are the last fish to place in the tank. They will kill any new fish that you place in the tank after them. They are very territorial as well.

Crazyeyes was yours that aggressive? Just wondering as most say that theirs isn't bad unless there is another acanthus tang? Even some people on the primer from rc say that they kept the powder blue and the Achilles. I realize that when all fish mature that most become very territorial. It's a survival instinct that they need on the reef. So I was wondering if yours was aggressive right off the bat or grew into it? Could you also provide some tank specs as in size, flow and feeding techniques as from what I've read these are very important to the behaviors of this fish? I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Mine was aggressive as soon as I stuck in the next fish, a goby. The tank was five feet by 18 inches by 22 inches tall 100g. They were the only two fish in the tank, the achilles being 4 inches and the goby being a inch and a half. Have you ever stopped by B and B in the past he had one in a 210g and he place a harliquin tusk in the tank, it was bigger than the achilles and the achilles just fought him all the time. From what I have read as well they say the fish that go in last are sohal, achilles, or a clown tang, but the clowns are the most aggressive. As for me personally I have more flow in my tanks then what I have seen in other peoples tanks. I have 3 koralia 4's and 4 koralia 3's, but they are behind my rock work where they aren't visible. Which tones down the power of them a lot. My belief is the more current you have, the more it simulates the ocean. As far as feeding I only feed once a day and green algae once a week. What I find is once a fish gets used to a feeding schedule stick to it don't change it. If you change it the fish will become more aggressive.

Ummm... Allan.... by most commonly accepted slang, the term "bills" refers to $100, so that would mean you spent $4000 on that fish, in which case I'd say you were taken! Don't go around bragging about getting that kind of deal! :)
