I have a frogspawn, grape style, with two heads, one head is splitting into two, for sale. It's about the size of a baseball when fully open. I'm asking $30. Thanks.

how many watts do u recommended for frog spawn??

I've heard people keeping them under power compacts up to halides. These are under 250 watt halides.
