Ok a friend of mine i won't call them out on MAAST. lol was wondering what i wanted to put in my 12g. I mentioned some gobies/mixed coral/a nenome/and some shrimp. The response was don't put too much you don't want to overload it. I laughed and replied really, your talking to a guy that has 11 fish total in a 90g. but it got me thinking also. exactly what would be a safe limit for the fish/shrimp/nenome in a 12g. since i have mainly dealt with larger tanks, 65g and up.

I have had small and large tanks to. In a 12g I wouldnt put more than maybe 2-3 small fish and some snails and hermits. For examply Pair of percs and a gobi. This does not include corals.

Well i am got 6 to 7 frags ready for the tank of mixed coral zooes/stony etc. I want a shrimp or two for sure. i have clowns in my big tank so they won't go in the little one. figured a gobie or 2 to add color, so like 2 gobies, a shrimp, and then coral.

The only thing that really adds significant bioload to a tank is fish. Shrimp do not produce very much waste and neither do corals so I would say for a 12G you will be fine with 2 or even three small gobies, such as trimmas or clown gobies.
