i know for a fact that the wal mart "brick" digital timers wont work .... well i use the one that had for 2 plugs in one and it drew to much current to work i guess

I went through 2 exchanges (total of 3 !!:mad:) coralife dual timers. Worst part is they didn't last a month before I went through all 3. One right after the other. Started using a Brinks (not digital) from walmart $5 and a $3 unkown from target and they are dependable and maintenance free. Wish I could say the same for the $40 timer. Live and learn :)

Timers are a toss up. Always buy more than you need you never know when you will find a great set.

Timers are great. I use the digital double prong Brinks from Walmart and it's been great for a long while now.

Have you thought about a controller. The RKL is around $100 and full featured.

yep, the 8 outlet one. I thought it would be a safer bet than digital, less too go wrong.
